Bill Granger
Lead Consultant
In his extensive career as a business consultant, Bill Granger has served over 300 entrepreneurs by helping them launch, expand, stabilize or improve their businesses. Over those years, his clients have come from a wide range of industries, scale and backgrounds. They have utilized his services to develop their businesses into successful, financially-sustainable enterprises, some of which have gone on to become award-winning. In 2017, Bill was nominated by a client as a CBC Manitoba Future 40 for his contributions to the local community.
Bill attended the University of Winnipeg from 2001-2005, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certified through Toppazzini & Lee Consulting, an approved training provider of The Council of Six Sigma Certification. Bill obtained a certificate in Effective
Coaching from the Manitoba Tourism Education College in 2013, and in 2016, obtained his Advanced Co-op Developer Certificate from CoopZone.
When he's not serving our clients, Bill loves spending time with his wife and two boys, playing music with his friends and family, and backcountry camping.
Sondra Haglund
Lead Bookkeeper
With nearly 20 years of bookkeeping experience, Sondra brings a wealth of knowledge about bookkeeping to our clients. Sondra has a certificate in bookkeeping from Okanagan University College, is a certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor, and is an active Technician Level member of Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (CPB Canada). Qualified to work on numerous accounting systems, Sondra prides herself on providing our customers with professional level of bookkeeping they need to manage their business finances worry-free.
When she's not serving her clients, Sondra enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, painting and spending time on her organic garlic farm in the Okanagan Valley in BC.
